We have created the beginnings of a database of the freelance rates of pay around the UK a couple of years ago, including overtime & weekend rates, to gauge what institutions are paying so we can approach them to pay us more with the help of the new Rates Guidance.

Privacy: The Bectu Art Technicians will publicise this data anonymously to highlight pay discrepancies but to also feed into a discussion around setting minimum and recommended rates in the sector.
